W220 2003 Projector Headlights S350

Can anyone help, the bulb holder has come adrift from the headlamp assy, problem is , this holder (which probably costs 20p to manufacture) is not listed as a spare item.Therefore MB are saying i need the full headlamp assy , price £600 !!!!!!!!!

Can any one out there help?
