W220 ***Air Suspension creaking***

Hi All,

My 2000 S500 makes a creaking noise when the car is parked and the suspension is lowering. I am not sure why it does this, it's not too loud but it never did it before. I have been told it might be the balljoints??

Also when I drive over speed bumps (slowly) it makes a very slight knocking noise just as the front wheels finish the other side of the bump. Are these issues linked?

Any help would be very much appreaited!

There are so many things it could be. Get it on a 4 poster and give it a bounce.
