W220 Starts then Cuts out after 5 mins HELP

Starts from cold, warms up take it out for 5 mins and she cuts out and ESP, ABS errors come on dash, the ignition turns over but doesn't start. If you leave her for 1hr she fires up again, codes disappear but then it same routine after 5 mins. Charged battery overnight and no joy so got new battery and still the same.....thinking Fuel Pump or Alternator??

Please HELP as this is quite a nuisance especially as i've broken down twice in the middle of rush hour, had to leave it for a while and come back.

Anyone seen anything like it as i've searched all the forums and nothing comes close??

Get the codes read. This is an odd fault so needs some better diagnosis.

Thanks for the advice, it is a Petrol engine, got a hissing sound from somewhere in engine bay and a ticking noise maybe related??
