Hi all I'm new to this forum and I'm on a quest to find a new car for the wife, I'm looking for a E280 or an E320 preferably a Sport (No executives please). I've got a top end budget of 10K and have seen several on the Autotrader however I would I want one which has been owned by a fellow enthusiast not to bothered about the mileage as long as its sub 130K. If you've got anything which meets the criteria Please don't hesitate to contact me on 07565607091 texts are preferred.

Thanks

In all honesty, you're going to struggle to buy a half decent 'high' mileage facelift E320 Sport at the top of your budget, even more so from a Mercedes forum where the owners are very likely to own good examples etc.

I'd consider letting mine going for £10k. Sport, 320cdi but its a 2005 just prior to facelift. 82k miles, full on major service and new manifold. PM me or email me on [email protected] if you are keen.

£10k will buy you a pre-facelift Sport but not an 07 onward. The sport model is the one of choice, hence holds it value better than others.

^ As above plenty with the newer v6 engines in the pre faclifted models.

£10K given what you want may have to stretch unless you check the auctions out...

I think if you want a forum buyer you've got to stop dissing your wonderful, ultra reliable, enthusiast maintained ubercar on here.

If I was interested in your car I'd be reviewing your previous posts.

Why, its had a lot of work done, and has been maintained irrespective of cost and wanted for nothing. Its in remarkable condition with new paint from one minor scratch (detailed on here anyway).

Its a great buy at £10,000 and I doubt you'll find a better car, for less. Certainly not a sport that will be presented to the standard of my car.If the OP wants it, I will sell it for £10,000 but not fecked if he doesn't as I still "like" the car.
