What engine do you prefer?

I thought I'd start a poll to see what engines you all prefer on a C-Class.

Really it is a 6.2 but just cause its 6.208 its known as a 6.3.

What I'd like and what I have are two different things.

The C220 I have is the best all round car I've ever owned, by a country mile.

Would I like a 63? Of course I would, but I have to vote 220 on real world living.

My factory certificate says 6,209

C220cdi. A C250cdi might be a tad peaky but probably good fun. A C350cdi means a very heacy engine upfront, maybe given a nose led feeling. I recall my C220cdi feels more poised than a C320cdi I drove.

A C250 petrol would interest me too, for the above reasons of relative efficiency for the power and the lightness of the power train. I'm not sure I could accept low to mid 30's MPG when mine does 50 when being gentle and 38 the rest of the time.
