What happened to my thread?

I seem to recall the thread being (just like this one) in the general discussion forum. Admin will have removed it.

Quite possibly removed. I believe that moving threads to the correct sections takes up a lot of their time..

I'm sure they'll see this thread and let you know what happened.

perhaps it was moved because you need a count of 30 posts before you can offer things for sale, in the 'for sale section. Just guessing.

It was removed as you did not have the required amount of posts to place a classified and it was clearly posted in the wrong section. (not removed by me I add).

Now you have reached 30 posts, I have placed it in the appropriate section. Please read the forum rules if you are unsure of them.

That makes sense - it was probably considered as an attempt to bypass forum rules requiring members to have at least 30 posts before they can post in the Classified section.

However... no harm done, it seems. The item was on offer for yesterday only, as far as I remember (I did see it), so it got the exposure it needed before being removed - so if you had no enquiries, presumably no one was interested (or at least not interested in buying it on the day).
