What's it worth?

I haven't a clue as to it's value, but it looks one great example!
How rare are these run-out "LE" models?

Darren

LE I would imagine is pretty rare and on the 'L' plate as well. Don't ever remember seeing a later example of a 190! Bit like an 'R' plate Peugeot 405.

Made £395 reserve not met

IIRC they made about 1000 'LE' models.

They are all either 1.8 or 2.0 M102 8v engines

Notable is the 'burled' walnut trim as opposed to the standard 'zebrano' trim in regular W201s. They also have a driver's airbag fitted and eight-hole alloy wheels.

Yep, 'L' is about as late as they get. A few of them have air conditioning, and I've seen about 3 different body colours - from memory 'Azzuro' blue, silver and metallic red.

Nice to get a 2.0 one with sensible mileage and good history. These late 190s are nice cars, a well maintained one is a good prospect.
