The silver one.
Thats Headlamps not meadlamps!

I thought a hid was a bi xenon but maybe not:confused:

What would my car have 01 E430 Avantgarde with factory xenon?

HID = High-intensity discharge lamp

Xenon lamps are HID lamps.

Bi-xenons are headlight assemblies that use a xenon lamp for both high and low beam.

I had a pair of the philiphs extreme in my last car and they were pretty good especially compared to the std bulbs, same wattage as well so totally legal.

If your car has the xenon option the it will sadly only be the xonons and not bi- xenons:o ;)

The xenons are still very good and it sounds like you have a very nice car.

Yup they are a very quick & simple lighting upgrade ... I have them in all 3 of our vehicles.
