Car
E320 CDI 320 Estate. AMG wheels
2nd choice.

They appear to be genuine too, unlike the 1st choice AMG "style".

Just been looking at them again and they are actually nicer! (2nd choice)

So do I spend £550 nand not miss out???

I second the 2nd choice ones.

They'll look like they belong on your car.

I'd say neither, the first look like copies and the second set are for a W212.

Second set are nic , but probably won't fit your car as the offset may be wrong.

I have never understood why, on a road car, anyone would choose to suffer the inconvenience of staggered wheels.

Because they look cool?

Your SL doesn't have them ?

What's inconvenient?????

And yes it's the visual aspect as you look at your car.

Punctures......tyre damage......tyre rotation

Look cool?......I doubt most people would ever notice.

Each to their own but not for me.

Some years ago a friend bought a new SL500, and then bought a new SL55 (long story). I saw the two cars when they were parked next to each other, and pointed-out to him that the SL55 had staggered wheels. He was quite surprised - up to that point , he hasn't noticed the difference...

Better grip when you acclerate out of corners? I find I get my Traction control light flashing at me, wouldn't this be worse with narrower tyres:dk:
