If the offset is 37-41 then yes

Plenty of W124 steels knocking about. I throw away lots of them

W202 Wheels on A W124

No they won't fit. I had a W124 and tried to fit some standard fit steel W124 wheels onto a W202 that I subsequently bought. The offset was all wrong. I had to purchase new (to me) rims. Your best bet is to look on E-Bay for some W124 Rims. get the part no. off the russian EPC here http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb0.asp?TP=1
