Does anyone know if there is an upgrade available to change the ''4 single jets'' to a ''mist'' type pattern jet for a W211 E class? Does anyone know if the E63 has a ''mist'' pattern or was it still running the ''4 singles''?

Many thanks..

Really? Nobody knows the answer? I can't believe that, I thought you guys knew everything. Lol.

the part number is at home on the invoice .. will put it up tonight

Now that is a worthwhile upgrade!

I wonder if it is possible on a 203?

Have to confess I didn't know misting washer jets existed but I do know that practically all MB washer jets are heated as standard.

Could likely be modded to fit any car model.

Went and purchased the bits to change mine from ''4 stream'' 2 jets per head.......to the ''mist'' type today the pair with discount was £67.00.....not cheap but the ''4 stream'' ones were driving me nuts!!!

Did this work then?
As mine are driving me nuts
What's the part numbers
Mine is a w211 2003

If the guys who have had them changed could post a video or pics I would be very grateful.
Thanks

Post facelift 211's have the mist type AFAIK - mine certainly did. I have to agree that they're much better than the 2 jets per nozzle type as fitted to the earlier 211's.

It worked perfectly. PM me if you are stuck.

Hi all,
Is there a way to adjust or to clean those mist jets ?
I have them on my 2012 E350/C207 coupe.

It requires a workshop tool to adjust

My 2009 E320 (W211) has the mist type jets and compared to the regular washer jets on most cars they are miles better.

On the car when I got it, assume factory OEM fit.

David 2007 onwards on the facelift they changed to mist.
I've had the old jets for 3 years the change is awesome
Like a kid with new toy
