I was on tyres online @ mytyres.co.uk: cheap passenger, summer, winter tyres and tyre dealer when I noticed that they sell steel wheels with winter tyres fitted. Prices were reasonable from £100ish. However, they list 15 inch wheels as being suitable for a C280, which I believe are not big enough to clear the brakes, so do your homework first before committing.
