So here is the issue - I have changed the default template so that my paragraphs, fonts etc are as I like them.
If I start Word from the start menu all is good.
If I start Word by right click (on the desktop) - New Microsoft Word Document. Then the customisation has gone.
I guess I need to force the right click to use default template, but can't see how, or why it isn't anyway?
