X pipe query

Iv been reading a bit about X pipe mods. Was considering looking into this, theres a company on ebay CKS that do this. Most of the info i have got is off american sites, about secondary cats & resonator (middle silencer) delete.

My question is, does the X pipe get rid of the middle silencer only or the secondary cats aswell?

Also the video on youtube with the X pipe mod doesnt sound too impressive, so is it a waste of money?

x pipe is just for the middle silencer.
