I don't know the area terribly well. What time and whereabouts in Whitby are we meeting?
 
I will stick my neck out and suggest 1400 on Saturday afternoon.

There is a Pay and Display directly opposite (by the rail station, across the roundabout) so that may be a good start?

I admit that I don't know the area myself, so Johnsco may well have a much better idea.

Trencher's has a BOGOF main course deal - but not on weekends. :(

I would need two main meals for myself. Damn!!!

Gmaps reckons around 5hours for me, so 14:00 doesn't mean a savage get out of bed time...

I've been away for a couple of days.
Yes - There is a Pay and Display opposite Trenchers outside the front of the railway station.
Also some more PADs down the road between the station ond the key.
I'll try to do a map over the next two or three days.
14.00 hours is fine by us.
 
If you guys are still heading for Whitby I can point out a couple of secret road routes that will be quite fun to attack if you are in the mood for it.

Also you need to stop off at the Plough in Sleights (bottom of blue bank hill) for lunch etc

If anyone is staying overnight I can sort out accommodation and nightclub entry :D

Sorry you can't make it. I was looking forward to putting a face to the name. Johnsco it will be good to finally meet you. I'm definitely on for this unless the weather changes.
