Hi Everyone, just doing a bit of maintainence on my car,and noticed on topping up my water bottle, it appears to be running out from under the wheelarch !. Any idea how to get to it?, assuming it lives behind the wheelarch cover, thanks. ( i was very careful not to spill any, so it,s not that )

Did not realize until too late that the cap of a water bottle blew under the passenger seat and spilled around 1lt of water. Took out the protective carpets to dry. Bottom is damp, but as temp are under zero difficult to get to dry. Any suggestions or should I wait till the weather warms up...
