bushes

Need to change the rear subframe front bushes. 2000 W210 estate. I can do jobs on the car-the major concern is getting the old ones out. I am stuck if I cant finish the job, as I need the car for work. Just how hard are they to remove? Cheers

Looking at Euro Car Parts and they list one as "rear subframe bush front right" I think they are the same both sides, but they dont list a left side. Can anyone confirm? Thanks

As above really, my wagon has 175k, do people have a good supplier of OEM bushes or have poly bushes been used reliable? IE not wearing out quickly which I've experienced before.. I suppose I'll have to make some bush extractor tools also..

As you would imagine 14 years of sitting under a car in Cumbria no less all the rubber components on the suspension are staring to die soo This is a perfect excuse to upgrade right? And do polly bushes exist in the aftermarket and who sells them

The bushes on my front wishbones/ lower arm / control arm are past their best and will need replacing at some point. Just looking at what would be best to do. I've had a quote of £310 just to replace the bushes, but not sure if it's a false economy. Looking at the wishbone prices...
