Hi i have a clk 320cdi avangarde 2007 not wired for telephone system, can i change the radio to include a sat navsystem

Why is it so sh!t in my car? Planet Rock has stopped broadcasting on FM, so DAB is the only way to receive it on the move. It constantly leaves gaps in the broadcast, and, it seems, all channels are the same, even the BBC :devil:. Am I missing something (npi)?
