My Mercedes Ml 320 1999 model vibrates from the rear end every time I release the accelerator. It sounds like when an exhaust is loose but naturally I have ruled out the exhaust. I have read that it could be the drive shaft bearing. Can anyone shed anymore light on this.

There is a vibration from the rear end everytime I release the accelerator and then the noise disappears. Its seems to be coming from the centre. Could this be the drive shaft support bearing? Or is it drive shaft? Any advice would be well received.
