2009 ML high brake light

I have an issue with my high brake light fitted in tailgate above window.
Can you buy just the red plastic lens or do you have to buy the complete unit?

Any idea who these are held in place?

When i replaced one on my CLK55, it was two nuts on the back with a bracket, remove trim on bootlid, undo nuts, remove wiring, remove and refit...
I havent done one on an ML although I have a new chrome boot handle to fit soon....
