hi does anybody know if it is possible to retro fit the 3rd row of seats into a 210 e55 estate 2000 my. i know i'd lose the stowage compartment and trims are slightly different but didn't know if all the fixings/bolt holes are there for the conversion without ripping it apart. thanks

Very easy. The holes are all there...the fixings will come with the seats. You will need seatbelts which means new side trims in the back. A donor car would be your best source of all you need.

Do E55 come in any other colour than black leather?

Yes...many have designo and other wonderful colours.

Then, He's not likely to get one out of any other E-class, as he is attempting to do.
E55 is Avantgarde trim, so no grey/sand/mushroom leather, just black, unless otherwise specified.

I'm not sure I follow you Will. My car's an AG...with grey leather.

Don't think the OP has been back to his thread. Reason I asked is 'cos I've got the full W210 third row rear facing seat setup (seats, belts, floorboard, hinges, nuts, bolts etc, etc) in grey leather.

I've got all the bits to fit to mine (I'm told). If anyone happens to have theirs up a could of pics showing the arrangements would be much appreciated!

sorry people have been away for a while and yes its a 55 avantgarde trim but got black leather with gray inserts i think it is the designo and Thanks Neilrr but the major colour is black. What is the going rate of the parts required if anybody knows
