230k on E320CDi W210, handling is suffering

Hi.

My 2002 E320 CDi W210 has done 230k miles now. I am however getting a vibration from the car that varies upon speed, usually occurs when accelerating over around 40mph, is not wheel balancing, and at some speeds is like the car is bouncing. Any help appreciated.

PS. I have changed the tyres and problem has reduced. I use Michelin tyres always... should I change?

Check your engine and gearbox mounts, they may be the cause of vibration.
