Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe our Welsh cousins pay nothing for their prescriptions and the Scottish will follow suit in 2011.....

Yep, free pills in Wales.

Thankfully I don't need to use this often but was amazed last year when the Dr called out and gave me a prescription which was then delivered free of charge by the chemist.

Surely this thread is a mistake? The tax cannot be going up again as I heard Mr Brown, at Prime Minister’s Question Time, saying that it definitely wouldn’t. We had his word on it, didn’t we?
