Good evening, is there a simple way to tell if the car is a 4Matic variant?

The car I have just purchased, does not have any 4Matic badges on it, nor does the registration document, but, when I have done insurance quotes, it lists it as a 4Matic

Type the VIN into a Merc VIN decoder, it will tell you everything on the car

Find an empty industrial estate with a wet road and floor it from a standing start, should tell you then.
