Be 100% sure of anything you decide to "publish" on an open forum. Wouldn't want to see anyone taken to court for libel or deformation of character.

If you seriously feel he has tried to "steal" from you then I would report him to TS. If he is a main dealer (which I don't think from reading your posts he is) I would report him to Milton Keynes.

Your experience has been terrible! Just highlights the findings the other day that many people are having bad experiences with used car dealers. I think if you're 100% certain of everything, then contacting TS and Mercedes at MK is the right thing. Personally, I'd name and shame too, but ONLY if you sure he can't take action against you! By the way, don't fear all used Mercs!! There are many very good used Mercedes out there that never have any problems! Buy another with confidence, but choose a better dealer!!

I can see what your saying about defamation but I'm 99.9% assured I have nothing to worry about since the phonecalls about the parts and boxes. It was an independant dealer in the south of England. I just want to make sure no one makes the same mistake as I did.
