Quick bit of advice required please.....

51 plate A208 CLK 230K Cab.
Last weekend I started getting the brake pad wear warning coming up. I took the wheels off one by one and decided that it needed front pads but the disks were OK (only a small lip). I looked at the rears too and decided to replace the pads even though they were only about half worn.

Having read good things on here about Eurocarparts.com, I ordered front and rear pads and two wear sensors. These arrived on Thursday - very efficient.

So, this afternoon I set about fitting the pads. The fronts were a doddle but when I got to the rears the pads seemed to be wrong. The pads on the rear were located with a single pin through the top centre of the pad. The new pads have two holes, one in each top corner.

The Europarts number is 10122002G which translates to genuine MB part number A003 420 49 20. The box lists models A/C208 06/97, R129 07/89, W/S210 06/95 and W/V140 04/91. So, it looks like they have supplied the correct parts but they won't fit the car.

So, is it me? - should these parts fit the car in a way that I can't see:confused: . Or, do I have odd discs on the back of the car and need a different part number?

Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
