Air Compressor & Nailer Recommendations/Advice

Chris, don't even get me started on that.

It's a massive pet hate of mine. The last extension I carried out the next door neighbour caught the brickie peeing up against her fence.

Anyone that works for me is told that is a big no no (along with foul language.) on this job the client told me that any trade could let themselves in to use the loo at anytime. The brickie knew this and just couldn't be bothered to take his boots off.

Drives me mad with frustration. No wonder the building trade has such a bad reputation.

Needless to say he'll not be building another one for me.

Ant.

My brickie used the toilet in a clients house and got confused with the umpteen packs of wipes on the shelf. He used the antiseptics.....

A few years ago when I was working in a customers house plastering a loft conversion. It was a Saturday morning, very hung over and tired. I needed the bathroom quickly and went to 'do the deed' so to speak.

Anyways, needless to say the lingering smell was not a pleasant one. Too embarrassed to leave it untreated I managed to find an aerosol behind the toilet to freshen the air. I closed my eyes and sprayed a very liberal amount around the (very large) bathroom for around 10 seconds.

I opened my eyes in horror to find out that the aerosol was indeed 'bathroom cleaning foam'!!!

I proceeded to spend the following 30 minutes polishing the tiled walls and floor with my beanie hat. By which time the plastering in the loft had set hard and took one hell of an effort to rectify.

All in all not the best days work I've ever done although the bathroom floor and walls ended up looking nicer than the plastering in the loft!!!

LOL! :D Home owner probably felt impressed by the service, though. :)

Paslode are very good but we have just had some Hitachi nail guns given to us & tbh they are really good to use.. they get used a lot every day and now I'm torn which I like best..

I'm running out of retro fits!! MBClub UK

For first fix big nail stuff a Paslode 350 is tough to beat.

I've had one for years, used it in a warehouse to build wooden cases and did all the fencing in our garden.
