BBS RS split Rims - W126 R129 fitment

Found these in eBay.de whilst I was trawling for rims for the various sets of split rim wheels I currently have in. Very rare indeed, I have a set of these on my SEC at the moment although I had the centres powder coated black. It took me a year to find a set - they are BBS RS200 if anyone is interested.

Worth every penny of £1000 at current exchange rates.

I've been hooked on the W126 SEC since the day I first saw one in the 80's. I think it's the prettiest shape Mercedes produced and it's still imposing on the road.

Everyone has their own preference for cars, I have three that I've always wanted, a 560 SEC a Ferrari 412i and an Aston Martin V8 Vantage X-Pack (circa 1989).

I figure I was better off starting with the SEC and most glad I did....If I'm ever in a position to buy either of the other ones I'll by as mint as I can get. Not sure I want a do rebuild on either of those

I found a nice looking one on pistonheads a while back and posted a pic of it on one of these forums. Alas not having the cash to buy it, it sold quickly Just a testament to the popularity of looked after cars of this era now, it was only on there for about 3 weeks.
