Just collected my new CLS 250 today, but had to make do with Becker not Command. Not a problem I thought as we had it in my wife's B, and I liked the ability to add speed cameras etc.

I'm sure that she had 'night maps' in hers, but I can't seem to access any in my new CLS.

The maps have stayed in day mode after dark tonight, and even if I dim the display, they are of course far too bright for night use.

I've read the manual, searched every menu (I think!), Googled it, but no joy.

Please can someone help???

I think the night mode is in the Audio 20 System / Display menu rather than the Becker, same place you set screen brightness

I have just bought a Becker Map Pilot and downloaded the software. The map display is a black background with faint grey words that I just cannot read. The route is shown in colour. I paid extra for the tunnel view but can't see it or see any difference when I do the night view. My very old Tomtom is far better but think I might not have loaded all correctly. Would appreciate advice. Thanks.
