Before I buy a C63 AMG

...AMG..A question ?! is it feasible to fit a quad exhaust system with a new diffuser obv to a c250 petrol model or indeed a single pipe each side as in the c350 to my car ??..apart from the fun of its looks does it have any adverse effect on power or gain in power output.. ?? apart from the fun of its looks from the rear...is it also possible to connect the back box to the main existing exhaust system .. tks for info foxy52

Anything is possible Foxy;)
Best to get in touch with Imran at Torqueflow regarding your exhaust requirements. The diameters of the pipes may be different, but nothing that can't be overcome. There isn't much he can't do with fabrication. It is situated within MSL Birmingham.

Having an extra box shouldn't affect your power, but removing secondary cats and resonator does, provided you have them:D Your car will breathe easier , be a bit louder too. Again, ask Imran and if it can be done, he'll do it.

Regarding a carbon diffuser, most come from the far east and are of varying fitment. Why not get a genuine C63 one from the dealers or a C350 one if you go for single pipes each side.
MB Newcastle sell the diffusers at discounted prices. If the one you want isn't listed, give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Cheers for clarifying that. Is the VIN number the only way I can check the spec list?

You may be able to do it with a reg number from HERE. Then, if you can get a VIN from there, place it HERE to check for options.

You're then looking for option #471 for the diff. There doesn't seem to be any hard and fast ruling as to which cars had them fitted, it was more what was specced at the time of the original order.

Excellent, cheers for the links and information ;)

Does seem very vague on which has it or not but hopefully now I can check.

Can any one explain the difference in white colours?
Polar white
Calcite white
Pearlescent white
Metallic white

Which one looks cream, almost beige?

Thanks

If you can see my profile pic, mine is calcite white. Which after a while without a wash looks a nice beige deep white colour

Diamond white is the other common white colour which looks so much more white
