Bentley.....

^ Likely to be double (or more) what the OP's wanting to spend.

Twill be more, you are correct, but I know the motor and I know its a good one

I believe what everyone has been saying about the older ones to be totally correct which is why spending a bit more on a newer model would alleviate all of those problems and save a bundle in the end.

That's the conundrum, do you want a potentially trouble free £90K newer car (but even that's now out of manufacturers warranty) and possibly £40K depreciation or an older £45K car with a potential for bigger bills.

It's a bit of coin toss and it's down to what makes you feel comfortable I guess.

I took the plunge years ago and bought a Roller, used to take the kids to school in it and we as a family loved it until..........................On a trip to Blackpool with my family we pulled up along side a coach and some yobs on the coach started peeing out the window onto our roof and shouting abuse. Then it all kicked off, exhaust fell off in the High St, people laughed, electrics started playing up,suspension needed work so i got rid and said 'good riddance' but i still have the log book with my name and address on and i can say "Well, at least i have had one". So maybe you will be more fortunate than myself so yes,go for it and enjoy it for as long as you can. As previously stated, you can always resell it if you choose to.
