Best company for an E55K remap?

I've decided to get my car remapped and just wondered what the best place to take it is in terms of gains and quality/reliability, I would much rather pay more for a professional remap by someone experienced with AMGs than a place that does everything and is less likely to know how to set up the engines as well, any advice or other peoples experiences greatly appreciated.

Hi Oli, PCS are the UK Renntech distributer and also there is a KLEEMANN on the South Coast. These 2 companies would offer the best remapping solution if "money is no object", and Mercedes approved (at least in the US I think). I'm not entirely sure if Olly (BlackC55 on this Forum) is doing the remapping yet but your car would definitely be in very capable hands. HTH

We had a group forum re-map by Angel Tuning, highly recommended. Everyone seemed to be very happy with the outcome.

Just to put my hat in the ring, I had mine remapped by Eurocharged in Texas (they can do it all online. Amazing!). Cheaper than Renntech, Kleenman etc and Dynos/quarter mile times suggest just as good. I bought a remap for a quarter of the Kleeman price.

Looking at the Kleeman site, the 550 BHP, Different pulley,ECU remap and air filter package does look pretty impressive.

Send Jerry a email @ eurocharged, pully and remap, he will send you the pully and cable, get your local indi to fit it, and then arrange with him and he will remap over the net using the cable supplied, the US guys have nothing but good stuff to say about his remaps

Theres a group of us going for a remap with Angel Tuning quite soon. Im making all the arrangements and we will all be able to get it done for 150 instead of 300-400. It will be scotland based in 2 locations. Probably glasgow and edinburgh. If your interested have a look at the thread in the engine section.

They have a good reputation amongst BMW 5 325 diesel's. Flying machines before the re map !!
