Now I know this thread is relating to the facelift W203...
Does anyone know if the centre console in the pre-facelift W203 is the same as that in pre-facelift CL203 (C-coupe). The dealer is on the case(trying ), but bless 'em they've been wrong before more than once
I suspect the console is the same in which case this transformation may be possible in my c-coupe, assuming that they do a pre-facelift BEM ??.....

Dealer thinks available but they are unsure of gearlever compatibility. To me, it looks like the cut out for the ext surround of manual & auto lever is approx the same.
Any suggestions to contrary?

The dealer/parts dept should be able to bring up a diagram of the parts, thats what they did for me, and i just chose the BEM parts i needed. I should think their computers should be able to show you the info whether pre pr facelift.

cinnamora anthracite

Well, BEM will not work on pre-facelift C class because of different shaped buttons/stereo.
Dealer could not really help.

But, on looking through my original sales brochure (alongside some horrid black & diarrhoea brown designo seats) there is designo cinnamora anthracite
The dealer can source these, so I may be able to 'get wood' after all!:bannana:

Does anyone have cinnamora anthracite- please would you post a pic if poss so I can decide on ordering?

I had the BEM done on my facelift model and now have the old brown panels sitting in a box..Has anyone managed to flog theirs off anywhere..Pristine condition as well..just a shame to see it sit in a box in storage never to be used again..
