I’ve just picked up a quite nice 2000 CLK 320 cab and unfortunately the roof isn’t working, the handle for it broke off in my hand and both tensioner cables have snapped, I’ve found a new front locking mechanism and handle on eBay but having real trouble finding the tensioner cables, does anyone have a parts diagram at all or know the part number for them?.
The AC also isn’t working, I’ve got gas in the system and it’s holding but it looks like the compressor clutch won’t engage so I’m guessing a new compressor is required at some point, it doesn’t look like too bad of a job, those roof tensioners look like a pain though!.
