Hi.

Having spent a long time puzzling over how to get a Bluetooth Aux Feed into my Audio 10 I've finally come up with a solution.

I didn't want to buy a new head unit as I like this one, and it was very pricey getting anything that hooked up with the steering wheel controls.

I used:

1 of these:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00FV82TMS/?tag=amazon0e9db-21

1 of these:

Also used:

1 Din to ISO adapter
1 ISO to Din adapter

1 Mini USB to 30pin Ipod adapter

Here's how I did it.

Removed centre console

Power feed for FM modulator from 12v socket
Aerial feeds plugged directly into back of radio with adapters
Switch for FM modulator fed up through ash tray

Phono to jack lead from FM modulator fed directly into cubby hole below stereo (Small hole drilled for this)

Bluetooth receiver plugged into 3.5 mm jack here

All worked a treat however the battery charge on the bluetooth receiver was rubbish so I went back in today and wired in one of these:

Using the USB port for the Bluetooth receiver and the mini USB (with adapter for the ipod - leaving the 12v socket free and no wired showing.

I now have the choice of ipod directly into 3.5mm jack / or using bluetooth from iphone.

All looks entirely original, no wires left showing afterwards. Total cost about £30

Nice cheap solution.

I like...
I have an audio 10 in my 124 with a JVC fm-modulator which looks just like your one. No need for bluetooth right now for me, but thanks for the idea!

Update: I was getting a lot of radio interference when not using the modulator so I've rewired a direct feed from the bettery (Fused with a 10v inline fuse) and switched in the ash tray so I can switch the whole lot off and get good radio reception - all seems to be working perfectly now.

Happy days again!
