Hi I am new to this forum 2 weeks ago I brought a 2010 c250 sport my first merc I have a guestion about the Bluetooth I have paired my iPhone 6 and the wife's iPhone 5s all working apart from the contacts won't show up so we don't no who's calling went back to ask dealer but they said it's not compatible with apple and nothing can be done bit annoying just asking anyone is this normal

The pre (2012) facelift W204 C class does not support the address book transfer protocol that Apple (and many other phones) use.

If you have the optional 'Comfort Phone' connection in the centre armrest, than an extra device can be added which sorts this issue (a bluetooth adapter)

You can however import contacts from the PCMCIA slot in vcard format, so you can export contacts from your address book on PC (if phone is synced) and then import them.
- I have never done that before, so someone else can chime in and say exactly how !!!
