Brake Booster Air hissing

Hi I've got an air leak noise from my brake pedal area

99% sure it's the brake boosters rubber seal...

Heard this is very common

When the brake is pressed the air leak stops
When pedal released it returns

It's not always there seems to come on and off..

A new booster is around £600-800 fitted

Does anyone know id they can be refurbished? It's just the rubber that goes bad I've heard?

Second hand ones around £50 on eBay but who knows what wrong with them

I'd start by checking the vacuum line on the booster for leaks and slowly move up to the more expensive parts.

I promise it's not..

It's been diagnosed a while ago, but issue went away... it's back now
