BUYING A C200K sports coupe

I am new to the forum and I am picking up this week a 2001Y c200k auto sports coupe 13000 miles, cost £17500 - extras panoramic roof, leather interior, evolution sports pack.
this was bought from Road Range-Liverpool
firstly have i paid the right money for it, it seems ok to me.
secondly has anybody had any dealings with Road Range-Liverpool regarding servicing and aftersales

Road Range Liverpool is my local dealer.

I've bought parts from them - No complaints there.

I had a Rust warranty claim through them though and it went on for weeks trying to get it accepted - Basically they wouldn't phone me back when they said they would and kept losing paper work - Had to have the claim submitted 3 times to Mercedes UK through them not phoning me back and losing previous paper work.

Had a B-Service done a few weeks back - no complaints on that, Dropped it off at 8.30 they phoned me for the additional work at 11am Then they phoned me at 2pm to say my car was ready.

I can't really knock them, just the Rust Warranty claim has put me off them abit. There moving sometime this year to Pall Mall near the BMW, Audi Dealer and Cost-Co, Maybe we'll see a change then who knows
