c270 cdi estate fuel problem

Hi to all ,new to the forum I hope some one can help me ! About 4 weeks ago at the petrol station put £20 of unleaded in, I had 1/4 of diesel in already so I was advised to put a litre of 2 stoke oil in the tank and fill it up to the brim with diesel ,so I did ! the car was ok until I got home 1/2 mile away but then in the morning the car hesitate to start after a lot of cranking it came a live! got to work got the shroud off the engine only to find no fuel in the lines so I got on the internet and found several forums with different options for different things so at the moment I have changed the clear pipes still same problem air bubbling when you stop the engine in the clear pipe between the hp pump and the low pressure pump, so found new posts on the net an decided to change hi and low pressure pumps still the same changed pressure switch on the pressure rail did a leak off test and that is ok checked fuel senders no obvious signs not that I know what I was looking for ! also changed leak off pipe and connectors as anyone got any ideas could be the sender in the tank that is the last thing to change ! please help!!!

I'm no expert so excuse me… but when you changed the pipes did you use new O rings and change the fuel filter also flush through the pipework.

Hi, thanks for the reply , yes i did all of that the only thing i have not done is flushin out the pipes , i dont see what difference it would make
