But that is how cars are measured against each other. The manufacturers even quote the 0-60 times. In my experience it’s at traffic lights that I’ve had people ‘take me on’.
 
We only 1 set of traffic lights here and they are in the middle of the nearest town (and they are new and have only been here 2 years now) so doesn't really apply here.
 
I do agree with the traction and ease of driving a 4 WD though having always driven 4x4 cars for work for the last 30 years, it takes a while to adapt/get used to RWD only.

Bit of an update... car is booked in for a full detail, ceramic coating, chrome delete and PPF install on console. Should be done a week on Wednesday. This will leave chrome on the door handles and exhaust tips and I’m wondering if I should sort the handles with by wrapping them or if it’s easy enough to replace the chrome part of the handle. Searching for info on this just brings up covers bit I’m not keen. Has anybody got rid of the chrome on the door handles and, if so, how?

I’m wondering if I should paint the exhaust tips black? Should be easy enough to do but I don’t want to cheapen the look of the car. Would be grateful if someone with black tips on their C43 could post a close up image so I can see the colour/finish. Can’t tell if they’re painted black or if it’s black chrome. Anybody on here just paint the tips themselves?

Haha, wasn't necessarily suggesting you did it personally. It'll give a long lasting good looking finish though and I doubt it would affect resale value.
 
I think the de chrome will look great when done including the handles. But I do thing the exhaust tips look great in chrome as a feature to draw your eye to the power aspect of the car.
Looking forward to hearing about the detail including some photos.
 
I'm sure somebody will put me right but I've always assumed that the chrome door handles were a necessary part for the operation of "Keyless Entry" ?????????

Yeah, I really hate the chrome so will be happy when it’s gone. I really think it’s one of those things manufacturers caught on that most don’t like, like black headlining, so charge extra for it! I’ll see what it looks like when it’s back from it’s de-chrome. I know what you mean though, the chrome tips do show off the quad tips.

Yeah, it dates from a time long ago, lol. It does look dated to me or marketed towards an older clientele.
