C450 AMG coming in June 2016

Which is why the C450 would be perfectly suited to people like you.... £40k for a c350..... wow......... lol You don't disappoint me, im glad people like you don't run a car you couldn't handle... Hence why you went for the semi skimmed version.... yawn.... Its not sensitivity of the badge its sensitivity over the product and the understanding which you clearly do not have over what an AMG is. Quiet???? I think you should drive a c63 and see how quiet they are cruising around and I bet your fuel consumption isn't far of mine, and yours is probs worse on the motorway at "legal speeds" Just googled a few reviews on the c350 and well, I don't need to say anything further. Fancy stuck on accessories??? Really ???? I mean come on even you know you shouldn't have written that...... Please im not going to respond to your tirade of ill-informed statements which do nothing but make you look like a......... well a guy who spends more money on a c350 than a low mileage c63 all because it has cooling seats... lol
"a car you couldn't handle" I've driven Aston Martins, Ferraris, X5s, AMGs, single seater Fords, and a multitude of very powerful cars on the road and the track, although admittedly never knowingly above 200mph. The high speed stuff I reserved for aircraft, at any orientation. I'd probably struggle with the latest F1 cars, but a C63 - I love your sense of humour. But that's nowhere near as funny as an AMG owner claiming good fuel consumption. Now I've heard it all. Saying that your cruising speed consumption is better than mine is definitely what you call "I'll-informed". Unless of course your AMG can better 50mpg at 70mph - without going over a cliff :) AMGs are great cars, but they don't suit everyone. People don't necessarily chose alternatives because they can't afford an AMG or they can't handle them (remember that Jeremy Clarkson had an AMG!), they chose alternatives because that's what they want. If that alternative choice happens to be a diesel A-Class or a Bugatti Veyron that's their decision, not yours. It doesn't make them better or worse. It's a concept that little boys eventually grow up to learn.

i would love to see a picture of you getting 50+ mpg on the motorway. Why do older people always have to be so condescending to younger people. A concept little boys will learn.... Listen buddy, valet boys drive high powered cars and many have driven exotics around tracks it doesn't mean that you know what you are doing in them.. Anyway you have your opinion I have mine lets leave it like that.... I agree X5s are pretty powerful beasts... .Go easy on them!! Don't want to snap a hip
I do hope I see you in your 350 one day and because I am so young and immature I will do doughnuts around your car while scrolling through facebook..... Immature enough for you?

Good fuel consumption yes it is in my opinion. a 4.0l v8 m3 averaged 24mpg and my golf r when stock was 26mpg the c63 has got 27 on a motorway run.

Anyway Good luck buddy enjoy your c350 ill enjoy mine

Why do all young C63 drivers come on to this forum and tell everyone how young they are?

Great! It sounds really good too. I love the sound of a V6.

I really think it struck a good balance between performance and comfort. The C63 is too hard and aggressive for a lot of people. I think the 450 will sell well

Thanks for the reply, seems the rest of the thread has just turned into a big slanging match!!

I watched a video where they said it had something like "programmed misfire" which makes it pop when shifting gears, did that sounds good?

Renault and lewyboy - just out of interest I had a look through some of your threads.... You don't even talk about your cars much do you.... I can picture exactly what you two are like from reading your thread topics. Also who said made it big style??? I don't remember saying that...
Anyway this is boring me, ive had my fun... don't post in the AMG forum if you have nothing to comment about them and don't drive one.....

Oh dear, I saw the updates to this thread and was hoping for a road test of this fine car - only to find handbags at dawn!

;)

I've only just started looking on the AMG forums. To me owning an AMG showed a certain amount of class. How that perception has just been shattered. I am left confused and bewildered at how a post such as the above can be accompanied with the words 'Car: c63 AMG' on the left.

Hey LB...we're buddies now I guess.

Not sure what he's on about though.

And now all are forbidden from AMG lounge who don't have an AMG!!

The chav element is big with this one.

Still didn't answer my question.

Certainly is!!! I may go down to Halfords and get some chrome spinners

I have an AMG b class. The badge that says AMG Edition on the door is how I know.

Back on topic...the C450, 4 wheel drive sounds a very good prospect.

I'm not sure they're legal. The last time I saw them was on a Hummer...even looked chav on that...sonny.

The plastic ones aren't grandpop
