C450 AMG coming in June 2016

I quite like the idea of a C450.
Being turbo'd it will be easily tuneable and with 4 wheel drive should be a good all weather rocket ship!

Judging by what the tuning fraternity has done with 6 cylinder turbo BM's. 450hp should be well within reach.

To be fair to all involved it shouldn't really be in the AMG lounge section but I think it's all got a bit OTT.

We ALL know that the AMG brand is an amazing thing. Such a shame that points can be argued with such personal comments.

IMHO

If it has a handbuilt AMG engine ,it's a real AMG. If it doesn't , then it's not. I cannot see any other argument against this.

To be fair I'm just jesting. I couldn't give a monkeys where people post stuff.

I havnt read the entire thread in all its detail because I lost interest when arguments got personal.

You know it's probably frowned upon here but I go to a lot of car meets and appreciate the little fiestas modded right up to bentleys with spinners. Everyone has their own taste in car. I see things that are truly awful but I wouldn't judge that person, or at least not to hurt their feelings.

Interestingly my experience of this forum thus far after being a longstanding (8000 posts) member of the M3 forum is there is a lot of snobbery and/or things are too serious.

I think people need to lighten up really. It's just a forum. It's nice if people can post what they like, have a giggle and be a community.

For two months we have had a long standing mockery of the new yas Marina blue M3 on there. Do people take offence of course not it's a laugh.

I've tried many times in many threads to ask members to get a grip. Lots of bad things happening around the world (and indeed closer to home).

We all love our cars. That's why we're here. If we can indulge in a bit of banter and laughter then all the better.
