As per the thread title: anyone know of a mobile firm in the SE that will repaint my silver 19's in gloss black with the silver lip ?

I guess most firms will be able to paint them straight black, i just really like the silver lip on the OEM black 19's.

I just did the exact opposite and took my black 19's with silver rim to silver! Not much use to you now I know :-)

Where in the UK are you, might help?

Also I doubt you'd get them done by a mobile service but I could be wrong.

The silver lip is actually diamond cut, so you'd have to get someone who could do that really. As Daz says, a location would help...

i'm in Sevenoaks but travel all over the SE with business

Lepsons would be handy for you possibly then? In Gillingham and well respected apparently.

Not a recommendation as I've not personally used them, though know a few who have.

+1 for Lepsons.

Used them twice now. Once on two welded front wheels and a set of 4 refurb.

Excellent.

I have used lepsons in Kent twice before and there work is top notch

The silver lip is actually a polished lip and not diamond cut as stated.
The Wheel Specialist at Leeds did mine for me, it did cost considerably more to have the lip polished rather than painted, and to be honest, with paint finishes these days that good you can not tell the difference, in my opinion!
Expect to pay around £400 for painted wheels, and around £600 with the correct polished lip.

There is also a good place in Meopham apparently although I've not used them but heard they do a good job.

+1 for Lepsons. Used them lots of times over the years (unfortunately!)

No worries, dude.

I know a few people that use them.
I will be using them in the future because they are not far from me either and they are apparently very good.

You haven't have you ? :fail
