Mapped to:

429.86 Whp (507.23 Bhp)
387.40 Wtq (457.23 Ft Lbs Torque)

Hey guys

Im abit dissapointed in my results on my C63

Only made 434.5 bhp on the dyno stock

The remap got it to 484.6 bhp

Are these normal results as iv seen people say theirs are much higher?

Depends on the dyno correction and set up. What was the whp?

Stock C63 should be around 385/390whp. If the dyno uses a 1.18 correction then that would give you the 457 stock figure. For your mapped figure it'd be 432/433whp if I've assumed correct that the dyno operator has used a 1.12 correction. It's not uncommon to get unusual corrections if it's not a big outfit. If this is the case then your car is 510bhp, which is about right for a map.

Had a quick search and I think power moves to about 404BHP for £1200 ish

A tuning box is half the money and gives 440BHP

There will be pro's and con's for both but be interested to see exactly what they are, aside from the usual comments

Whatever a tuning box gives then a remap can give just as good if not better figures and normally a much better engine specific map.

Ive had my previous cars mapped there, iv always been happy with their work.
But i did expect bigger results

I had mine mapped at Collins Performance Engineering in Congleton and then took it to More BHP for a dyno run and mine showed similar results to yours.
Their dyno shows low results at stock so I assume that it also reads low after a remap
