C63 Deals

Im just interested to know why you think a dealer/salesman (whos job it is to sell cars) shouldnt actually do his job?

I too have emailed Dave for a quote, why should I use my time out of work to ring him? If he doesnt want my business he wont bother replying, and I certainly wont waste my time ringing or emailing him again.

Sweetmeister are you any further forward with the C63 with Dave?

I run the showroom at Mercedes Benz of Maidstone. We Are the AMG Performance Centre for our area. We have everything from C63 to CLS63 and even SLS. If I can be any help even with just advice feel free to call me on 01622 623700.
Current advertised offers are all C63 coupe, saloon, estate are available from £5995 deposit £599 a month. The SLK 55AMG is also available for the same deposit and monthly figures. I can offer an improvement on that deal if when you call mention you are from this site.
Regards David C

Is it still possible to get an estate on this? (IE is it possible to get one in this year as I have heard that the lead times have been quite long on them recently)

If so is it possible to come in and have a chat?

I have now finalised the deal thanks to Dave and Adam at Lookers in Maidstone. I went for C63 Saloon in Tenorite, 19" Silver Wheels, HK and Dark Ash.
.
Really looking forward to delivery now which has been penciled in for late November.

Do you know the difference between leasing a car and buying it on a pcp?

Thats the difference I wanted a PCP as I might pay the baloon and keep the car after 3 years. I didn't pay anywhere near the Merc advertised rates either:thumb: Leasing really restricts your future options and hopefully if I do decide to hand the car back, with my low mileage it may have some equity left in it. Unless you need to lease for tax purposes I would PCP all day long.

I`ve decided to wait!! I was on the brink of ordering a C350 CDI sport plus but I knew deep down that I always really wanted a C63.

So I`ve made the decision to wait until the new year and then buy a C63 after saving a bit more money!!

Go for what you really want sweetmeister. This might be the last opportunity we get to buy a car with a proper large naturally engine, I will be very surprised if such a beast exists in 4 years time. Save your pennies up and go for it, I reckon it is the right decision.

I could get one now,but it would be a used one.If I wait until the new year when a couple of debts are paid up Im hoping to buy new, just hope the offer is still on!!;)

Very wise, I am sure the deal will be available next year, manufacturers are notorious at putting dead lines on these deals. You wave your cash around in the new year and I doubt they will turn you away. To be sure you could order right at the end of December, as the delivery, if any thing like mine wouldn't be for at least 2 months and that would give you some more time to get the dosh up together. Good luck.

Hi

Im planning on buying a use c63 amg a one year old version but on the agility plan - I want to own it at the end or maybe trade it in I'm not sure how i feel in the future but I was wondering can you put £10k down on a 50k car and spread the costs over 60months to bring the plan down to say £200 a month? I'm working full time but don't want to go over that payment

No chance for £200 a month mate.

£10k down on a £50k car would be more like £600 per month assuming 8% interest and a GFV of say £15k

You can, but be careful. Most manufacturers want to sell you another one in 3 years, so they will subsidise 3 yr and sometimes 4 yr finance - but I have never seen a 5 year deal subsidised.... SO, 60mth finance may have a higher monthly payment than 48 months....!

Also, if you put £10k down on a £50k car, that leaves £40k to finance - which even interest free is £600+ per month - if you can get that for £200 per month, can I have some?

Sorry Ive never financed a vehicle in my life as Ive always purchased my cars outright cash - how do people who buy new c63s buy them? as I am interested in the hire purchase but on 60 month plan as I thought it would bring monthly payments down as I'm not a big fan of spending £700 a month on a car...

Im sorry if i have offended some people with my question but I'm a newbie to car leasing so I just wanted help

On a car of that value you're not going to get it for £200 a month. Unless they believe it's going to be worth a lot after the 3 years thereby having a big balloon payment.

Even with 10k down on a new c class it won't drop the payments to 200 a month.

I'd imagine you'll be looking at least double that a month on a car like that.

You can look at the examples on MB website for a rough idea of how much it will be.
