I have it too but not sure exactly what is included - I believe the washer jets don't freeze so you can spray the windscreen and the water bottle is heated (don't know how). Would like to know details myself.

Its a heating element driven off the coolant of the engine through the bottom of the screenwash bottle to heat it up.
and it costs extra on the C class and standard on the E. Have you got one>? If you have and spray the steam rises off the windscreen when the hot liquid hits it.
I too wanted to ask about the Heated Screen Wash feature.
So are we saying the washer tank is heated and the nozzles are heated?
What about the pipes in between the two? Surely they will remain frozen?
The tubing is heated also
I have it as standard on the E. However it works it is excellent in these freezing weather conditions to be able to clean your screen when all the salts are on the road.
#Yes, a good mix is more important.I 2nd that, -12 degrees C today and hot washer system worked a treat. Helped of course by a 50% mix of solution in the washer bottle.
I was under the impression that that on the E it was only the heated nozzles that were standard.
Something to watch in this weather is the headlamp wash wipe and keeping the flaps clear and making sure they arent frozen. running screenwash too weak will result in those freezing in too as the fluid basically stops them coming out from their wee hidy hole.
