I'm aiming for in the short term for a fast hatch. (Bitdi Black edition A6 Avant ordered for the family). I only do about 5k per annum in the 2nd car, I did want a 911, but that might just turn into a C63 now!! Cannot stop looking at them on autotrader......

The new one looks really good too.. Especially when pimped by Brabus

I've owned a number of fast cars but the C63 is the only one that attracts positive comments, even when I've been a tool. It's also the only car I've known that gets supercar levels of attention, when not being a supercar.

I've not had any of that with the C63 but I've not owned it long.

I used to get it all the time when I had a 964 and even a bit the RS6 but maybe that's cause they were older. Only serious car people seem to know what C63's are

it was amazing years ago when i used to watch videos of it in youtube! one day ill have that car! and to be able to drive one everyday is amazing! amazing is an understatement actually! just sheer delight from start up to finish.

I think it's actually one of the best things about the C63 is the noise it makes, probably more than anything else. It's what makes it a fun car and puts a big grin on your face even at low speeds . It's probably also the reason why it's the car I've kept longest and have no plans to change it.

Talking of European V8 engines, there was something truly special about the induction noise (not exhaust noise) of the S65 V8 in the E9x M3 at 8500rpm.

Having owned a CLK270 CDI I can only describe its sounds as if it's a Sprinter Van. That kinda woooosssshhh roar!

I'm not shy to say I'd adore a C63. Probably the estate and the latest shape 205.

I understand it's not the full 6.2 V8 but I do like the new shape inside and out.

However, a C63 in any form would be fab.

Well in terms of the car not everyone knows it indeed as Rossco hints above. My neighbour came over when I was checking oil level and he said and I'm not joking "is it a diesel". I just thought f*** me and didn't even want to turn the engine on to blow him away.

My uncle had a 928 back in the 90s and at an Irish horse show and took an old chap for a spin, the old guy could hardly speak but did ask "she diesel??"

Cannot wait for my BITDI with its fake V8 sound. The C63 is making me want the plug in box to increase it..
