C63 Tuning

Hi,

Will a C63 with the optional Performance Pack Plus (which includes the engine upgrades like pistons, rods, crank, etc) make more power with a ECU tune.

I'm looking to buy a 2009 C63 with a performance pack, which does not have the engine upgrade.

What power would I extract with just the ECU remap itself and where is the best/safest place to get it done?

A ppack c63 should make approx 510/520 bhp after a retune, Jerry eurocharged is regarded as the best chap to mod your car.

Surely if a C63 ppp has a tune it can expect a similar end result to the non ppp car? Unless of course the ppp car already has 510ish bhp. I intend to find out what mine is running soon.

Simple mater of fact is that end result with a tune will usually be somewhere in the region of 510-15 bhp.

Some ppp cars have had similar from factory and others have had closer to the quoted 481 bhp.

I Would always insist any of our clients that have a ppp car have it done at a dyno session (which we can arrange) so that they can see any immediate difference..

They are then free to decide if they wish to purchase..
