C63 W204 Secondary Cat delete - X pipe vs Milltek?

But what is the difference of buying an X pipe vs say a Milltek by pass kit?

X-pipe removes resonator only. Milltek removes secondary Cats only.

Just for the record. Deleting secondary's doesn't make that much difference in the sound.
