Cabin Filter Replacement. C Class 203

My cabin filteris looking like it needsreplaced (as it looks like the pics of the "before"state). Where would the fuel filter be found on the W203 and would this be replaced as standard in a B service? How many miles would the do - roughly?

Fuel filter is below NSR floorl, under the car. I've been told by some 50K miles, others 60K. Anyway round about that anyway.

As you probably read, I am doing mine soon for the first time. The Tech guys on here will be able to do this with their eyes shut, but for a first timer, there is always the concern of the "unknown". You will either need to get the car up on a four poster, reverse on to ramps, or jack up high to get at it. (Switch to other post on Fuel filter in correct section for more updates on this)

And since I changed the cab filter, that foosty smell that I thought was normal for the last year, has disapeared.

Main dealer told me that mine had to be changed at about 45000 miles,
but were they being over careful, or just after my money?

Can I be very cheeky and ask where the filter on my 1995 W124 would be found, if it has one, that is!

Sorry, I am not familiar with your model. One of the more tech guys will need to answer that one.

If it has one it will be under the bonnet above the blowermotor.

Not many do though.
